About the Role:
We are looking for a medical representative who has outstanding positive personality, excellent teamwork skills, ability to learn and self-develop and eager to work with doctors.
The candidate will work closely with doctors and medical technicians on implantation and/or programming of medical devices and instruments both in the operating room and CATHLAB together with promoting company products. The candidate should be hard working and ready to spend time on learning fast as he/she will receive both onsite and offsite professional training.
Responsibilities:
 Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff in the hospital
 High involvement in operation rooms and/or CATHLAB assisting doctors with hands on involvement
 Liaise with and targeted doctors to indicate special advantages and benefits of products along with assisting in the installation and use.
 Assess client’s needs and present suitable promoted products
 Reporting on competition activities in the market
 Preparing market reports when needed
 Keeping detailed records of all contacts
 Support sales team in reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets
 Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
 Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations
 Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
Requirements:
 BSc Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or relevant field
 Proven work experience as a nurse, medical engineer or medical representative
 An outgoing and persuasive manner and the ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values
 Patience and self-motivation
 Strong teamwork and networking skills
 Good knowledge of MS Office
 Excellent communication skills
 Commercial and business awareness
