Creative Ad. Design and Print Co. Ltd. located in Beit Jala – Palestine is seeking a suitable candidate from the Bethlehem District area for the position of an Accountant
Purpose and Scope:
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel tasks in order to meet client requirements and support company operations. The Accountant reports directly to the Manager and is responsible to provide support to the rest of the company team.
Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the company finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records.
Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of salaries, taxes and benefits.
Administer inventory records.
Preparing and Follow-up on Bids and Purchase Orders.
Perform other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
The applicant must have a university degree in Accounting or Business Administration or any other related field.
The applicant must have proficient knowledge in the
following areas:
Computerized accounting programs.
Generally accepted accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Administration of employee files, inventory records and procurement procedures.
Very good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Hebrew language is an asset.
The applicant must demonstrate the following skills:
Organizational and time management skills.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
The applicant must possess the following personal attributes:
Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Accountant.
Demonstrate sound work ethics.
