• Perform regular home assessments to identify and understand the rehabilitation and physiotherapy needs of the intended recipients.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to formulate individualized rehabilitation plans, suggesting suitable interventions adhering to quality standards.
• Conduct physiotherapy sessions within the homes of beneficiaries in specified areas.
• Assist in connecting beneficiaries with diverse service providers based on their requirements.
• Carry out follow-up visits to monitor and enhance the functional abilities and daily life activities of the beneficiaries.
• Provide technical assistance to beneficiaries and their families, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of assistive devices.
• Generate technical reports and maintain an updated program database.
• Engage in capacity-building activities and regular staff meetings.

Job essential requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
• Possess a valid certificate of practice (شهادة مزاولة المهنة) issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience in local communities.
• Previous experience in working with injuries is desirable.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exhibit strong communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Possess proficient computer skills.

Occupational Therapist:
• Support the field rehabilitation team in evaluating and screening the rehabilitation requirements in the designated communities.
• Conduct routine home visits to assess and recognize the necessary occupational therapy interventions for the specified beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with the field rehabilitation team to establish an individualized rehabilitation plan for each beneficiary, suggesting suitable interventions adhering to quality standards.
• Deliver occupational therapy sessions in the homes of beneficiaries within the targeted areas as required.
• Coordinate the referral process for beneficiaries, ensuring their needs align with the services provided by different service providers.
• Conduct follow-up visits to track the progress of beneficiaries, focusing on enhancing their functional capabilities and daily activities.
• Identify suitable assistive devices for beneficiaries and recommend necessary adaptations and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to beneficiaries and their families, guiding them on the optimal use and maintenance of assistive devices.
• Generate technical reports and maintain the program's database with updated information.
• Engage actively in capacity-building activities and regular staff meetings.

Job essential requirements:

• Possess a valid professional practice certificate (شهادة مزاولة المهنة) issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience in local communities.
• Have the capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Possess proficient communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Exhibit strong computer proficiency
