Kitchen Staff
Job Description:
Responsible for the accurate and quality preparation of all products and recipe items to be used by the server.
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of utensils and small wares in adherence to sanitation standards which ensures the unit's success.

Specific duties and responsibilities
Guarantee utensils, equipment and small wares cleanliness
Keep kitchen/prep area neat and clean
Keep production on service line stocked
Accident prevention
Proper use and identification of utensils
Serve only the highest quality product to the guest
Always wear clean apron
Equipment operation
Food preparation
Measurement and weight conversion
Maintain proper par level
Dishwashing
