Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bombastic Media. As a specialist in social media Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to achieve our clients' marketing objectives. You will play a crucial role in increasing engagement, driving traffic, and conversions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on social media platforms for clients, including campaign objectives, target audiences, budget allocation, and ad creatives.
Platform Management: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and others.
Budget Management: Monitor and adjust advertising spend to maximize return on investment while adhering to the budget.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ad Testing: Conduct A/B testing of ad elements to enhance click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
Proven experience in planning and managing social media advertising campaigns with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including audience targeting, audience segmentation, and ad formats.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A certified qualification in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
