The incumbent is is responsible to lead sales & marketing activities along with the team to increase the ultrasound market share of his assigned product line in his designated area/ territory while ensuring optimal profitability, excellent customer service and manage partner relationship. The incumbent must have experience in Ultrasound product lines.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinate direct sales efforts in hospitals, surgery centers and clinics
• Develop and execute strategy for retaining current client base and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of equipment.
• Develop and execute strategy to grow business by capturing new clientele and expanding current business.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales and revenue quotas.
• Own fostering a collaborative relationship with other Sales representatives, Channel Partners, Marketing, and Service to support territory success.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Works together with Operations for forecasting the Technical Service team for product support
• Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• A job at this level is an individual contributor that is highly organized with self starter and proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination of services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
