Job description: This role involves conducting research on emerging technologies relevant to the IT industry and business. The CooP will also be responsible for testing new tools and technologies and providing support and insight on technology-related matters.


Job Responsibilities:



Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to the industry and business.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors' use of technology, and market developments.
Use Excel to organize, analyze, and visualize data relevant to the research.
Compile research findings into clear, concise reports with actionable insights.
Test new tools and technologies as they become available.
Collaborate with other teams to understand their technology needs.
Assist in training other team members on new tools or technologies that the company adopts.


Background & Skills:



Fresh Graduates with a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and data management.
Good with English reading, writing and understanding.


Key Learning: 


Understand the dynamics of the B2B business environment, including operations, sales, marketing, and technology aspects.
Gain practical experience in managing tasks and projects in a real-world business environment.
Develop proficiency in various office software, CRM, and task management tools that are widely used in many businesses.
