Social media & Sales Specialist
Social Media:
Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the Gemstone Store Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
• Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the Gemstone store social media platforms.
• responsible for optimizing a Gemstone store social media goals. Their duties include responding to customers' queries via social media, managing the store social media visibility, and reviewing social media campaigns.
• Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
• Working with the team to develop comprehensive social media strategies.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Sales:
As a sales Specialist, you are the front line in customer service. You are the person that they will depend on to fulfill requests and provide services that best meet Customer’s needs. To do this, you will take orders, offer products, and provide support in person and via telephone or internet. You will also be responsible for maintaining client files, ensuring that returning customers are served to the best level possible.
Responsibilities:
• Perform online sales activities to achieve the store sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
• Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and any other channels.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
• Maintaining an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stock.
Other Requirements:
• Working knowledge of social media tools, such as Ads manager, and Google Analytics.
• Good knowledge of shopify is a plus.
• Video and photo editing using photoshop, illustrator, after effect,.etc.
• Good knowledge with Gemstone is a Plus.
• Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Good time-management skills
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• BSc degree in Marketing, Sales, IT, or relevant field.
• Working out of office hours if needed.
• The Candidates must be located in Ramallah city.
