Job Description- Senior Director of Product and Marketing
Dawsat (http://dawsat.com/) is a newly-funded and rapidly growing startup seeking to be the leader in healthy living and weight loss in the Arab world. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and experienced Senior Director of Product and Marketing who will manage the development and marketing of an online toolkit and application, and will lead the product department of the company. We are seeking someone interested in growing with the company as we grow and passionate about changing the world of nutrition in the Arab market.
Responsibilities:
● Setting out a marketing strategy for the company's app and toolkit as well as engagement with online and mobile advertisers.
● Managing the relationship with outsourced developers of the company's app and web toolkit and overseeing their work.
● Work to meet established goals and key performance indicators.
● Working closely with senior management to design, implement and launch product.
● Specifying market and user requirements for current and future products
● Manage the product and market teams as such teams are hired.
Skills & Requirements:
● 3+ years' experience in a product management or online marketing management in a startup or large corporate environment.
● Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms
● Ability to define the online/mobile product strategy and roadmap
● Highly analytical with attention to detail
● Familiarity with A/B testing
● BSc or comparable degree required, MSc a plus
● Preferred Languages: Arabic, Hebrew and English

Job Description - Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative, talented, self-motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who will lead the online marketing strategy for the company, our online toolkit and application. We are seeking someone interested in growing with the company as we grow and passionate about changing the face of nutrition in the Arab market.
Skills & Requirements:
● 3+ years' experience in a marketing role.
● Familiarity with both mobile and desktop products.
● Ability to define the marketing strategy and roadmap with regards to social network, native app and online content strategy.
● Knowledge in media buying.
● Familiar with middle east Internet ecosystem.
● Ability to complete extensive market research.
● Ability to work with content team and editors to effectively shape and distribute content.
● Highly analytical with attention to detail.
● BA, BSc or comparable degree required, MA, MSc a plus.
● Preferred Languages: Arabic, Hebrew and English
