enior/Intermediate Level QA Engineer;
Radix Technologies is an IT services and software development based in Nablus – Palestine looking for an Intermediate/Senior level QA Engineer to drive software quality assurance activities, collaborating closely with product management, design, and development teams.
Job Description/Key responsibilities:
· Review software products requirements specifications and new features and provide timely and meaningful feedback specially for mobile products (iOS and Android )
· Preparing well-structured software products quality assurance plan and estimations based on requirements.
· Generating testing scenarios and cases for new software products or new features.
· Coordinating with product management and development teams regarding testing activities.
· Executing testing cases manually, analyse the results and reporting to products management team.
· Bugs fixing planning and follow-up with development team.
· Perform regression testing when bugs resolved.
· Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Required Qualifications:
· BS degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related subject.
· Proven working experience in software development.
· Proven working experience in software quality assurance.
· Strong communication skills (Writing and speaking in English).
· Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Good experience and familiarity with bug/defects tracking and test cases management tools like JIRA.
· Good experience with Git continuous integration and deployment tools.
· Good experience in testing scripting and automation.
· Good experience in testing types like Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Stress Testing, Performance Testing, Usability Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing.
· Good knowledge in SDLC and Mobile development platforms/frameworks.
· Good knowledge in Software Release Management.
· Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
· Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
· Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
· Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
