Job Title: Retention representative
With:
Possibility of good bonuses.
Transportation will be provided during night shifts.
Location: Beit Jala, Industrial zone, near dighool pool- Palestine
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Build and repair customer relationships by understanding unique needs and resolving issues effectively
• In a call center setting, help customers who need to improve their skills, by selling them new courses, helping students to understand our policies, or processing renewals, cancellations, reinstatement, and payments.
• Educate customers on our products and services and to sell additional products & services.
Job requirements & skills:
-Experience in sales / customer service - an advantage
-Working Hours: Flexible shifts: 09:00-17:00 14:00-22:00 & 21:00-05:00
(2 weekend shifts every month)
Type of contract: limited contract
- Excellent Fluent English Language communication skills/ Native Accent,
- Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal and active listening,
- Flexibility to work in multiple tasks,
- Excellent Presentation and communications skills,
- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft office proficiency,
-Solution oriented, innovative & hard working,
-Strong personality, team player and ability to work under pressure,
-Motivated and have good analytical thinking,
-Creativity - finding solutions for the client,
-Learning ability,
-Bethlehem resident is preferable.
