Part Time Vacancy
Coaches and Trainers (RM/2/2016)
Job Description:
- Working directly with a team of 20 young innovative adolescents to coach, develop and influence their activity (selection of Innovative project ideas, planning innovative project and execution).
- Collaborate with a pre-selected school teacher for each group, relevant centers, and organizations to build relationships and build awareness of the Innovative project – engaging members and potential investors and subject matter experts to “Come, See and contribute” to the project.
- Coordinate with Al Nayzak operations management to insure incorporation of the organization’s values and set of principles, and following its general methodology and guidelines. In addition to contributing to setting the detailed innovative project plans.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electronic, mechanical, and electrical) or Applied physics, or Business Administration.
- Technical skills relevant to one of the aforementioned engineering fields.
- Ability for coaching and influencing others.
- Drive to achieve goals and help others achieve success.
- Capability of building relationships and networking.
- Leadership and ability to guide, direct and advise others.
- Tenacity and a proven track record of success under challenging circumstances Minimum Skills and attributes
- Administrative skills and ability to lead a team of Adolescents.
- Ability to work with different age groups.
- Manage and work under pressure.
- Write reports in both languages (Arabic and English).
- Work in different locations and areas.
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
- Planning and management skills.
- Handle sensitive situations and confidential information in a mature and discreet manner.
- Be well organized and has a high degree of attention to details.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Coaches and Trainers will be paid on an hourly basis.
- Job period: October, 2016 – March, 2017.
- Working hours details:
• 1st comprehensive camp: 20 hours ( 5 Days X 4 Hours)
• Bi weekly meeting: 4 hours a week, a total of 32 Hours.
• 2nd comprehensive camp: 20 hours ( 5 Days X 4 Hours)
• Group Activities : 8 Hours ( 4 Hours per group)
