وايرز تبحث عن شخص موهوب لدوام كامل كمدير تسويق والتي مقرها في رام الله. ويجب أن يكون المرشح الناجح قادرا على العمل بشكل مستقل وبناء وقيادة فريق مبيعات وتسويق وأيضا العمل على زيادة حركة المرور على موقعنا الاكتروني وبناء علاقات مع الزبائن المحتملين من سوق الأفلام الوثائقية وأشرطة الفيديو مثل مذيعي البث التلفزيوني ووكالات الإنتاج الإعلامي. ويجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في تنفيذ استراتيجيات فعالة لانتاج ربح من الانترنت. ومن الأفضل أن يكون ذو علم في عالم الإعلام.
متطلبات العمل:
• تسويق المشروع والتواصل مع التلفزيونات العالمية بشكل يومي .
 متابعة سير العمل مع الشركات الناشئة، وتقديم المشورة لتطوير الأعمال.
• حضور جميع الاجتماعات المدعو إليها من قبل مدير المشروع.
• الإشراف والمشاركة في ورش العمل والفعاليات التي تقام في إطار المشروع.
• المشاركة في حل العقبات التي تواجه التقدم المحرز في المشروع.
• إعداد التقارير عن سير وتطور العمل كما هو مطلوب.
مؤهلات العمل المطلوب:
• شهادة جامعية في مجال التسويق .
• 3 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في مجال ريادة الأعمال.
• يفضل 5 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في مجال التسويق الإلكتروني .
• إلمام بطرق التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي – Linkedin , Twitter , Facebook
• إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة والغير الذي تم التعاقد معهم في سياق العمل.
• مهارات تخطيط قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
• طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (حديث وكتابة)

Job description:
WIREZ is looking for a talented individual to fill its full-time Marketing Manager position based in Ramallah. The successful candidate must be capable of working independently and, in due course, of building and leading a sales and marketing team as well as increasing the website traffic and building connections with potential customers in the documentaries and videos market like TV broadcasters and media production agencies.
The candidate must also have experience implementing effective online revenue generating strategies. Knowledge of the media industry is an advantage.
Job Requirements:
• Marketing the project and communicating with international TV’s in a daily manner.
• Follow up the work progress with startups and provide business development advice.
• Attend all meetings called by the Project Director.
• Actively supervise and participate in the workshops and events held for the project.
• Participate in solving the obstacles facing the progress of the project.
• Prepare progress reports as required.
Job desired qualifications
• A university degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the entrepreneurship field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of e-commerce is preferable.
• Good social media marketing skills- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and others contracted in the course of work.
• Strong planning and team work skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
