Job Summary:
Responsible of organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Make the administrative support operations of the other departments run smoothly.
 Monitoring Daily Attendance, Print Daily attendance lists.
 Maintaining hard copy & electronic filing system.
 Keeping track of office maintenance.
 Requesting stationary and preparing consumption and inventory reports.
 Handling the office petty cash including attaching invoices to the petty cash sheet and updating.
Skills
 Communication Skills.
 Self Management skills (Critical & Adaptive).
 Computer Skills.
 Organizational Skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
 Responsible of company assets.
 Arranging Interviews with candidates.
 Answering telephones in appropriate manner, and keeping monthly records of all outgoing international calls.
 Minimum Qualifications: University graduate.
 Minimum years of Experience: one years in Admin field.
